If your People Driven Credit Union Visa credit card is lost or stolen, report it right away so we can help protect your account and order a replacement card.
What to do right away
- During regular business hours, call People Driven Credit Union at 844-700-7328 (844-700-PDCU).
- For after-hours emergencies, call our dedicated Visa credit card line at 800-543-5073.
- You may also contact Visa directly at 800-325-3678. Visa will coordinate with us on your replacement card.
- Ask us to block the missing card, order a replacement, and review recent transactions with you.
If you have your member number or account details available, that may help speed up the process. Once your card has been reported, log in to the MyPDCU app or online banking at my.peopledrivencu.org to review your recent transactions. If you notice anything you do not recognize, let us know right away.
When a lost or stolen card is reported promptly, protections under applicable law and Visa’s Zero Liability policy may help limit your responsibility for unauthorized charges. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the activity on your account and take the next steps with you.
Your replacement Visa Rewards Driven Credit Card will be ordered after the report is completed. In most cases, replacement cards ship within 3 to 5 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 calendar days at the address we have on file.
Helpful tips after reporting your card
- Monitor your account daily in the MyPDCU app or online banking and report any suspicious activity right away.
- Update any recurring payments, such as subscriptions, utilities, insurance payments, or online merchant accounts, once your new card arrives.
- Activate your replacement card as soon as you receive it by calling the number on the sticker or contacting Member Services.
- Set up account alerts in the app or online banking to stay on top of new transactions.
