Fee Schedule

The Fee Schedule sets forth certain conditions, fees, and charges applicable to all accounts at People Driven Credit Union as revised effective May 1, 2020. This schedule is incorporated as part of the Truth in Savings disclosure.

Account Fees

Monthly Share Account Maintenance Fee Waived if member has at least one of the following: - Average share account balance of $100 or more. - Direct deposit. - $1,000 balance in any account other than checking. - Loan with a balance - Under age 23.$5.00

Payment by the credit union is a discretionary courtesy and not a right of the member or an obligation of the credit union. This privilege for consumer share draft accounts will be limited to a maximum amount of either $500 or $1,000 overdraft (negative) balance. Transactions types that are eligible for courtesy pay include and are limited to: ACH transactions, Drafts and On-Us Checks at the Teller Counter, the return of unpaid funds deposited into an account, charges to an account for applicable service charges and fees, point of sale transactions and the deposit of items by a member to their account which according to our Funds Availability Policy are treated as not yet available or finally paid ATM & One-time Debit Card Transactions. You must bring your account balance to a positive balance within every thirty (30) day period for a minimum period of 24 hours. The credit union, in its discretion, can cancel this protection and cease paying overdrafts at any time without prior notice of reason or cause.

**Purchases and cash advances made in foreign currencies will be debited from your account in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is a rate selected by Visa from a range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. The exchange rate used on the processing date may differ from the rate that would have been used on the purchase date or cardholder statement posting date. A fee (finance charge), calculated in U.S. dollars, will be imposed on all multiple currency foreign transactions, including purchases, cash advances and credits to your account. A foreign transaction is any transaction that you complete or a merchant completes on your card outside of the United States, with the exception of U.S. military bases, U.S. territories, U.S. embassies or U.S. consulates
