I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and the people they serve. With a background spanning marketing, content strategy, digital engagement, and member experience, I focus on developing innovative ways to strengthen relationships, elevate brand presence, and deliver value at every touchpoint.
In my role as Innovation and Brand Experience Lead, I oversee initiatives that enhance the member journey while driving awareness of People Driven Credit Union’s products, services, and community impact. From crafting digital content and managing marketing campaigns to exploring new technologies and engagement strategies, I’m dedicated to ensuring our brand remains relevant, approachable, and member-focused.
My experience includes content marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, SEO, event promotion, and community outreach. I believe the best marketing doesn't just sell a product, it tells a story, solves a problem, and builds trust.
