To receive a new People Driven Credit Union ATM/debit card, contact us and request a replacement based on your card status and account verification. Many members ask how to obtain a new ATM/debit card when their current card is damaged, is about to expire, or needs replacement.
How replacement works
- Report card issues (lost, stolen, damaged, expiring).
- Complete identity verification with PDCU support.
- Confirm mailing details and expected delivery timing.
Most replacements arrive in 7–10 business days. You pay a $10 fee per card (one free replacement per year for lost or damaged cards).

Call our Member Center at 248-263-4100 during business hours. Tell the representative your card issue. They verify your identity and start the replacement order right away. You can also visit any branch in Livonia, Southfield, Warren, Ypsilanti, or Romeo.
