What the Award Means
The MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are presented by CUSG through its MemberXP experience management platform. The 2026 awards were based on analysis of millions of data points from more than 8.6 million credit union members nationwide.
Performance was measured using two experience metrics, Net Promoter Score, or NPS, and Member Effort Score, or MES. Credit unions that ranked in the top 25% in their category earned this distinction.
