New Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

We’re modernizing the drive-thru. Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) will replace traditional drive-thru teller lanes at select People Driven Credit Union branches. ITMs combine the convenience of an ATM with the option to talk to a live PDCU specialist by video—so you can bank your way: self-service for quick tasks, or personal help when you need it.

  • Mobile Deposit in the MyPDCU app
  • In-branch lobby service during business hours

Heads-up: during installation windows noted above, drive-thru, drive-thru ATM, and night deposit access may be temporarily unavailable. The branch lobby remains open.

What Is an ITM?

An Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) is an advanced terminal that lets you handle everyday banking on your own—or connect by video to a live specialist in our eServices Department. Think “ATM speed when you want it, human help when you need it.”

Why Members Like ITMs

  • Flexibility: Use it like a traditional ATM, or tap the screen to talk with a live teller.
  • Speed: Simple transactions are quick; complex ones get guided support.
  • Security: Enhanced verification tools help protect your accounts.
  • Personalized Help: A real PDCU specialist is just a button-press away.

  • ITMs cannot print corporate checks or money orders.
