Membership and eligibility requirements apply, with approval subject to application and credit history.

How to Apply

Share Secured Credit Card Details

How It Works

  • Make a refundable deposit (typically $200-$500 or more); this becomes your credit limit.
  • Use your card anywhere Visa is accepted.
  • Make on-time payments each month, and build your credit history.
  • Stay responsible, and you may eventually qualify for a PDCU unsecured card and get your deposit back.

Why Choose It?

  • Build credit: We report payments to major bureaus on-time payments go where they belong.
  • Low risk: Your deposit covers your limit, and there’s no chance of surprise credit declines.
  • Refundable deposit: Your money is safe and returned when you upgrade or close in good standing.
  • Supportive step forward: Ideal if you’re new to credit, recovering from a setback, or want a safe rebuilding route.
