People Driven Credit Union has been named a 2026 MemberXP Best of the Best Award winner for Best Mortgage Loan Experience. This national recognition places PDCU among the top-performing credit unions in the country for member experience in mortgage lending.
What Is the MemberXP Best of the Best Award?
The MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are presented by CUSG through its MemberXP experience management platform and announced by the Michigan Credit Union League. The 2026 awards were based on analysis of millions of data points collected from more than 8.6 million credit union members nationwide.
Performance was measured using two experience metrics. Net Promoter Score, or NPS, measures how likely members are to recommend their credit union to others. Member Effort Score, or MES, measures how easy it is for members to accomplish what they set out to do. Credit unions that ranked in the top 25 percent in their category earned the Best of the Best distinction.
Why PDCU Was Recognized for Mortgage Loan Experience
Buying a home or refinancing a mortgage is one of the most significant financial decisions most people make in their lifetime. The process involves multiple steps, a lot of paperwork, and months of interaction with a lender. Getting that experience right, meaning clear communication, responsive support, and a process that respects the member’s time and situation, is harder than it sounds.
PDCU was recognized specifically for Best Mortgage Loan Experience because our members said the process was worth recommending and that it was not harder than it needed to be. Those two data points, willingness to recommend and ease of effort, are what the award measures. Our members’ direct feedback drove this recognition.
Built on Member Feedback

This award reflects years of that work showing up in how our members experience a mortgage from first conversation to closing.
