People Driven Credit Union Review

People Driven Credit Union Review

Derrick has been a People Driven Credit Union member for several years, and he wanted to make sure the team heard directly from him.

In his own words:

“This is Derrick, and I’ve been a member for some years now. I am just calling to once again give People Driven Credit Union a review and a shoutout.

I am always amazed at the level of customer service, the next level of customer service that you all provide. Julia over in loans has now helped me with two loans in the matter of about 45 days. A car loan and a consolidation loan. That says everything.

You all have been extremely helpful in my life, and I want to extend a hearty thank you to the entire team. Julia, Destiny, and the young lady who called me to close the car loan, she was amazing working from home. All of you.

All the kind things that you all do, I say it wherever I go. I have brought new people into People Driven Credit Union to become members because of how you treat people. But I had to tell you, Dean, Julia was just outstanding.

You all called to see how I was doing during my mom’s death some years ago. That is not something a bank does. That is something a community does. And you all continue to be amazing.

I just felt it was important that I leave this message of encouragement to you and to the leadership. Continue the great work that you all do. I cannot say it any more than that. Thank you, thank you. Have a great, great day.

What makes Derrick’s story worth sharing is not just the loans. It is the fact that in the middle of grief, someone from PDCU picked up the phone to check on him. That is the kind of relationship a member-owned credit union can build that a traditional bank rarely does. Derrick did not just stay a member. He became an advocate, bringing new people through the door because of how he was treated. Watch it on YouTube

If you have had an experience like Derrick’s, we would love to hear from you. And if you are not yet a member, this is what you can expect when you join People Driven Credit Union.
