1. How do I change my password for online banking?

You have three easy options: 1) Click “Forgot/Reset Password” on the login screen (requires a registered email). 2) Log in and go to the “Settings” tab. 3) Call us at 844-700-7328 during business hours.

2. How do I set up the Mobile App?

Download the free MyPDCU app from the App Store or Google Play.

3. How do I set up Bill Pay?

Log in to online banking on the website and click the “Bill Pay” tab. The mobile app does not allow new payee setup, but you can use it for future payments once you set up a payee on the website.

4. How can I transfer money to another bank?

Powered by Payrailz, PDCUpay enables you to securely send and receive money, pay bills, and transfer funds between accounts, all in one convenient location

5. How do I reset the PIN on my debit card?

Call 866-762-0558 to reset your debit card PIN.

6. What are your CD rates?

7. How do I apply for a mortgage?

Apply online at our Mortgage page, visit a branch, or call 844-700-7328.

8. How do I place a stop payment?

Log in to online banking on the website and click “Stop Payments,” visit a branch, or call 844-700-7328. ACH stop payments cannot be done online.

9. How do I apply for a career?

10. How do I dispute fraudulent transactions?

Visit a branch or call 844-700-7328. For Visa Credit Card disputes, call 800-600-5249.

11. What are your branch hours?

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9 am–5 pm
Wednesday: 10 am–5 pm
Friday: 9 am–6 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am–1 pm (drive-thru only)
Call Center: Same hours as branches.

12. How do I sign up for E-Statements?

Log in to online banking on the website and click the “Services” tab.

13. How do I apply for a loan?

Apply online under “Borrow” on our website, visit a branch, or call 844-700-7328.

14. How do I transfer between PDCU and other financial institutions?

Log in to online banking on the website, click “Bill Pay,” and add the external account as a new payee. We are working on adding Zelle.

15. Do you still service Shared Branch members?

Not at this time.
