Cash In Your Coins: Coin Machine Locations

If you’ve got a jar of change on your dresser, a cupholder full of coins, or a “someday I’ll deal with this” bucket in the basement, this is your friendly nudge: today is a great day to cash in your coins.

At People Driven Credit Union, our coin machines make it simple to turn loose change into cash or a deposit. PDCU members can use coin machines at participating branches for a 3% service fee.

Where to Find PDCU Coin Machines

Coin machines are available at three of our five branch locations:

Please note: Our Romeo branch does not currently have a coin machine.

You can always check our Locations & Hours page for the most current branch details.

Coin Machine Service Fee

PDCU members can use coin machines at participating branches for a 3% service fee. The machine counts your loose coins, and you can use the total toward cash or a deposit, depending on branch procedures.

No Rolling or Sorting Needed

Good news: you don’t need to roll your coins anymore.

Just bring your loose change in, pour it into the machine, and let it do the counting for you. That means:

  • No paper wrappers
  • No sorting by coin type
  • No late-night coin-rolling marathon at the kitchen table

Available During Regular Business Hours

Coin machines are available during regular business hours at participating branches. If you want to confirm hours before stopping in, our Locations & Hours page is the best place to check.

Smart Ways to Use Your Coin Total

Once you cash in your coins, consider putting that money to work:

  • Boost your savings for emergencies, holidays, or goals you care about
  • Make an extra loan payment to reduce interest over time
  • Pay down a credit card and reduce your balance
  • Start a fun fund because responsible doesn’t have to mean boring

Small Change, Real Progress

Coins may feel insignificant day to day, but they add up fast. A full jar can turn into a useful deposit and a satisfying win for your savings goals.

If you have questions about coin services or want help choosing the best account for your goals, we’re here for you. Stop by a branch or contact us.
